Shipment Order ProcessingOrders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Some items may be fulfilled through trusted partner brands, which can affect processing times.

Third-Party Supplier Products (Shopify Collective) Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers and will arrive in a separate shipment from other items in your order. You will receive a separate tracking notification for these items. Delivery times may vary by supplier. These items are not fulfilled by Tailwaggers and cannot be returned to Tailwaggers (see return policy)

Shipping & FulfillmentShipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners.

Tracking InformationOnce your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Delivery Timeframe DisclaimerWhile most orders are delivered within approximately 7–14 days after shipment, delivery times may vary. We do not guarantee transit times and are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Multiple ShipmentsOrders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each package.

Shipping LocationsWe currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Shipping InformationCustomers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost PackagesIf your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier-related issues once the order has shipped.
