Refund policy
We offer exchanges only, you must have proof of purchasewith the items in re-sellable condition*, and must return the item(s) within 24 hours of purchase.
Re-sellable condition constitutes:
- Un-used and/or un-opened items.
- Tags attached when applicable (non-food items).
- Complete original packaging must be present and completely clean, free of dirt, debris, hair, stains and/or odors of any sort.
- Packaging must be in non-torn/non-ripped condition.
- Item (itself) must be completely clean, free of dirt, debris, hair, stains and/or odors of any sort.
For health and safety concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges on:
- Beds, Cat Trees/Towers/Scratchers, Carriers, Crates, Clothes or Topical Flea treatments.
For 3rd party items ordered through our website:
Third-Party Supplier Products (Shopify Collective)
Some products in our store are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. These items are subject to our standard 14-day return window from the date of delivery, and must meet the same re-sellable condition requirements listed above. These products cannot be returned to our store directly. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@tailwaggerspets.com within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll coordinate the return with the supplier on your behalf. Do not bring these items into stores for return, they will be refused. These items mustbe shipped back by the customer to the original supplier for any form of money to be issued back to the customer.
